London Fashion Week—It must be that gray London weather, because designers at London Fashion Week were definitely on the mission to keep things bright and cheery, not to mention see-through for a bit of fun. Simone Rocha proved that neon isn’t over just yet with an eye-catching laser-cut neon bag made from Lucite. Burberry Prorsum showed boldly colored jelly handbags and shrugs for some new twists on all-weather gear, while functional straps, closures and locks kept all that peek-a-boo style “look, don’t touch.”
